Concerns of erosion due to topography and close proximity to a beach required creative solutions to maintain a beautiful front entry pathway. The design concept was to create a driveway that was not only a hardscape but a landscape, as well. By using pavers and concrete to create a practical driveway, the turf between the concrete pavement created an ambiance of green lushness to add toward the aesthetic feature. Solutions of using salt tolerant plant material helped to reduce the dilapidation of aerated ocean salinity.
